FREE standard shipping on all UK orders over £50

We offer FREE standard shipping in the UK, to get this option you must complete an order with a value of £50 GBP or more. This offer is only valid to the listed countries, and will only be sent by standard post. Rugby Heaven Ltd maintains the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without any prior notice.

UK shipping

Our UK shipping services include the following territories; England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland.

*¹ If you choose this service on a Saturday or Sunday, your parcel will be dispatched on the following Monday.

*² If you choose this service on a Saturday or Sunday, your parcel will be dispatched on the following Monday. This service excludes NI.

*³ 1 working day only valid when your order is placed before 3 PM Mon-Fri. If you place your order after the 3 PM cut-off we will process your order the following day.

*⁴ 1 working day only valid when your order is placed before 12 PM Mon-Fri. If you place your order after the 12 PM cut-off we will process your order the following day. FedEx has informed us that their next-day service may take up to 2 working days depending on your geographical distance from our fulfillment center. Product availability will play a part in the time it takes to ship your order, in some cases we may need to ship your order with Royal Mail instead of FedEx due to the current location of the items.

Store collection

You can collect your order from one of our 4 locations for FREE. Please be aware that your chosen store will get in touch with you once your order has been prepared and is ready to collect. Our stores will not be able to give you your order without prior confirmation from the store.

Depending on the store of choice we may need to deliver your order to the store before it can be prepared for collection, this is why we advise that Store Collection can take up to 7 days to arrive at your chosen store. If you wish to collect your order earlier please order over the phone via 01633 864 054 (Open 9 PM - 5 PM, Mon-Fri)

Bank holidays

All orders placed on any UK bank holiday will be posted on the next working day. For a full list of bank holidays please see the GOV.uk website.

European shipping
